Country Thunder USA Tickets - Counting Down to Thunder in Wisconsin
Country Thunder USA already rocked the stage in Florence, Arizona this spring as some of country music’s hottest artists performed under one roof at the music festival in the Southwest in April, but next month’s Country Thunder USA celebration in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin is expected to be an even more sizzling affair, as it features the ultimate country crooner Tim McGraw as the one of the festival’s main headliners.
McGraw jumped onboard for Wisconsin’s Country Thunder USA festival earlier this year in securing the event as one of the very few concert dates he’ll play this summer, as the “Indian Outlaw” vocalist only enlisted to perform in 10 concerts or festivals this summer during his typically jam-packed July, August and September. Tim McGraw is the headliner for the Saturday, July 18 slot, and he’ll go onstage at 9 p.m. Saturday night after a long list of performers including the Grascals (1 p.m.), Joey & Rory (2 p.m.), Terri Clark (3:30 p.m.), Diamond Rio (5 p.m.), Williams & Ree (6:15 p.m.) and Rodney Atkins (7 p.m.).
Though Tim McGraw will undoubtedly be the main attraction for the upcoming festival in Twin Lakes, he’s not the only country music superstar to come out of hiding for some time onstage at the mid-July event. The other main headliners for the Wisconsin dates of Country Thunder include Alan Jackson, Taylor Swift, Tracy Lawrence, Rodney Atkins and Kellie Pickler, and the gala also features a slew of both legendary and up-and-coming country music stars to help celebrate the summer in style.
Country music fans with Country Thunder USA tickets to the upcoming Wisconsin music festival will also get to hear Nashville legends like the Bellamy Brothers and Diamond Rio jam out to their classic tunes live as the iconic country western groups are set to get their time onstage to shine, and the excitement seems never-ending as more and more artists continue to be added to the lineup of this July’s concert dates in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin.
The Twin Lakes edition will kick off on Wednesday, July 15 at 6:30 p.m. with a live performance by Colt Ford, and the Lost Trailers will take over with their raucous tunes at 8:15 p.m., warming up the crowd for Wednesday night’s headliner, the great Tracy Lawrence. Thursday’s list of performers include Burns Poe (1 p.m.), the Bellamy Brothers (2 p.m.), Jack Ingram (3:30 p.m.), Mark Chesnutt (5 p.m.), Williams & Ree (6:15 p.m.), Kellie Pickler (7 p.m.) and Taylor Swift (9 p.m.), promising nothing but sheer enjoyment for all fans with tickets to the big event.
The festival will next steamroll through Friday, July 17 with Shawn Hammonds, Restless Heart, Heidi Newfield, Jake Owen, Williams & Ree, Phil Vassar and Alan Jackson on tap, and the previously-revealed Saturday performance will wrap up with Southern heartthrob Tim McGraw bringing the show to a close in 2009. Tickets to this year’s Country Thunder USA festival in Twin Lakes are available now online, and the announcement has already been made for the 2010 Country Thunder USA festival in Florence, with tickets to the Arizona event already available, as well.
