The Economic Fire That Is Raging Out Of Control
Do you feel like our government is overloading their circuits? Are we heading for a political fire that will cause this country terrible damages? We have a new President and most of us are trying to give him the benefit of a doubt and trust that he is doing the right things for the right reasons. He is trying to fix our country, but other government officials just can not seem to quit fighting among themselves. It seems that many of them are putting their interests first instead of what is best for this country.
Saving money is what the plan should be about, but it seems all that anyone is doing is spending, but it is understandable that sometimes you have to spend money at present to save money over the long haul. Things like changing over to more energy efficient lighting in our federal buildings is something that needs to be done. It will cost money now, but in the end is better for the environment and saving out tax dollar. This is only one way that improvements can be made that will save our country money.
It seems that one of the biggest problem facing us is job losses. Each month we lose more jobs which makes it hard for people to survive. Our new president also promises that we will be opening new business that are centered on providing us with cleaner coal burning, and wind and solar power. This is supposed to help replace some jobs that are being lost in other fields, but can people hold on financially until some of these positions open up?
In many ways it does seem like there is a destructive fire burning out of control in our country and everyone is desperately trying to figure out the best way to put it out and return things to normal. If spending more money is the solution, we should be seeing some results by now. Many people think that the large insurance and finance corporations that most of the money is being spent to rescue, should be left to go up the flames of economic crisis. The put themselves in the mess they are in and we are the ones to pay the price of having them saved. Would it not be better to just let these irresponsible companies go up in smoke and perhaps it would clear the way for smaller, better run companies to take their place?
The main thought is that this economic fire is out of our hands and in the hands of our government. We have to hope that the people that are in charge now will be able to stop the flames licking at the heels of this country before we all have nothing left but ashes.
